The Creators list

Platform Mode adds a Creators page under Ignition → Creators in wp-admin. It gives staff a single place to review everyone who runs campaigns on the site, alongside how much they have raised and how active they are.

The Creators page appears only while Platform Mode is active — a site without the add-on has no outside creators to list. Reaching it requires the same permission as the Backers summary; regular creators, who have no wp-admin access, never see it.

Like every other admin screen, it follows your Live or Test view. Live view counts real campaigns and real money; Test view counts test ones. A creator whose only campaign is a test campaign appears in Test view, and only there.

Each row is one campaign creator, with sortable columns for:

  • Name and Email
  • Status — whether the account is registered and verified
  • Total Campaigns, Total Raised, and Total Backers Reached
  • Last Campaign Created

Filter tabs across the top narrow the list to All, Active, Inactive, or Unverified creators, and a search box finds a creator by name or email. Each row offers View (open the creator’s detail page) and, if you are allowed to edit that user, Edit user (the standard WordPress user editor). Operators usually cannot edit user accounts, so they see View only; the creator’s detail page follows the same rule. If a creator is also a backer, a Backer link jumps to their backer summary.

Opening a creator shows a full profile:

  • a header with their name, email, and verification status, plus links to their backer summary if they have one;
  • an at-a-glance stats grid — total campaigns, with a line underneath that splits them into groups (active, paused, not started, outcome pending, successful, failed, closed with no outcome, and in Test view, in test mode), plus totals raised and backers reached. Only groups with at least one campaign are listed, and the groups always add up to the total; and
  • a per-campaign activity table listing every campaign the creator has run, each with its status, pledge totals, and creation date, and links to edit the campaign or view its pledges.

Every figure here follows the view you are in, and the campaign table lists only that side’s campaigns. In Test view a stat tile reading zero is captioned “Test view — live totals are hidden”, so it cannot be misread as a creator who has raised nothing.

If the Platform Fees add-on is active, its Platform Commission and Net after Commission tiles sit beside the gross figures and follow the view too.

This is a read-only review surface — it is for oversight, not for editing a creator’s campaigns on their behalf.
