Ignition Crowdfunding v0.5.0

Creators can now add reward tiers to their campaigns, giving backers structured pledge options alongside the existing pledge-what-you-want flow. The campaign form wizard gains completion tracking and moves into the Creator Dashboard, eliminating the need for a separate form page. Backer CSV exports now include reward details for fulfillment workflows.

  • Reward levels — Creators can define tiered pledge rewards with a title, description, image, minimum amount, and optional quantity limit. Backers select a tier on the campaign page and are guided through a dedicated pledge page before checkout. Campaigns without reward tiers continue to use the existing pledge-what-you-want form directly on the campaign page. Administrators can enable or disable the reward system and control whether a “Pledge What You Want” option appears alongside tiers. See Reward Levels and Settings.
  • Pledge page — A new dedicated page handles the pledge amount step. When a campaign has reward tiers, backers land here after selecting a tier to confirm their amount (pre-filled with the tier minimum). When both rewards and PWYW are enabled, backers who choose PWYW also use this page. Assign the page in Settings. See Making a Pledge.
  • Wizard completion tracking — The campaign form wizard now shows completion badges on each step. A checkmark indicates a completed step; a numbered badge indicates an incomplete one. The Review step summarizes which fields still need attention before submission.
  • Dashboard-embedded wizard — The campaign form wizard is now part of the Creator Dashboard. There is no longer a separate campaign form page, block, or shortcode. Creators access the wizard via “Start a Campaign” and “Edit” buttons in the dashboard. See Creating a Campaign and Blocks & Shortcodes.
  • Edit Campaign button — The campaign detail header now includes an Edit Campaign button, so creators no longer need to return to the campaign list to edit.
  • Backer export columns — The CSV export now includes 13 columns in a fulfillment-first layout: Pledge ID, Backer Name, Email, Reward Title, Amount, Status, Reward Minimum Amount, Date, Currency, Payment Method, Display Preference, Campaign ID, and Reward ID. See Exporting Pledges.
  • Reward Levels REST API — Full CRUD endpoints at /igcf/v1/campaigns/{id}/reward-levels with reorder support. See REST API.
  • Reward level hooks — New actions (igcf_reward_level_created, igcf_reward_level_updated, igcf_reward_level_deactivated) and filters (igcf_is_reward_levels_enabled, igcf_is_pwyw_with_rewards, igcf_reward_level_editable_fields, igcf_rest_prepare_reward_level). See Actions and Filters.
  • Pledge page block — New igcf/pledge block and [igcf_pledge] shortcode for the dedicated pledge page. See Blocks & Shortcodes.
  • Removed campaign form block — The igcf/campaign-form block, [igcf_campaign_form] shortcode, and campaign_form_page_id setting have been removed. The wizard is now accessed exclusively through the dashboard.
