Ignition Platform Mode v0.1.0

The first release of Ignition Platform Mode, a premium add-on for Ignition Crowdfunding. It turns a single-owner site into a multi-creator platform: independent creators sign themselves up, run their own campaigns entirely from the frontend, and submit them for review — while administrators keep oversight through an approval queue. Requires Ignition Crowdfunding 0.17.0 or later.

  • Campaign Creator role — A dedicated, non-admin role. Creators work entirely on the frontend, never see wp-admin, and can manage only their own campaigns, uploads, and data. See Ignition Platform Mode.
  • Self-service registration — With Public Campaign Creation enabled, new frontend sign-ups become campaign creators and can start a campaign right away; turn it off to keep sign-ups as backers. See Self-service registration.
  • Creator dashboard — Each creator gets a Campaigns section listing all of their campaigns, with the right action for each state (Edit, Edit & Resubmit, or Manage). See The creator dashboard.
  • Campaign and update moderation — Creators submit campaigns and updates for review; nothing goes live until an administrator approves it. A wp-admin queue adds Pending Review and Rejected views, Approve/Reject row and bulk actions, and pending-count badges. See Reviewing submissions.
  • Rejection feedback — Rejecting requires a reason, which the creator sees in their dashboard so they can revise and resubmit. See Rejection reasons and feedback.
  • Moderation emails — Creators are emailed on approval and rejection; administrators are notified when a submission is awaiting review.
  • Creators list — A wp-admin Ignition → Creators screen to review every creator alongside their campaign and pledge activity, with per-creator detail pages, filter views, and search. See The Creators list.
  • Frontend roster and confinement seams — The add-on exposes the igcf_dashboard_campaign_actions filter (add per-campaign actions to the creator roster — the seam a companion add-on uses for lifecycle controls), plus igcf_platform_is_creator_only_user and igcf_platform_creator_allowed_upload_mimes for tuning frontend confinement. See the Ignition Platform Mode developer reference.
