Ignition Crowdfunding v0.16.0

This release builds out add-on extensibility. Add-ons can now surface their own settings under Ignition > Settings > Add-ons, and new render hooks let them place UI directly on campaign cards and pages. It also polishes the Campaigns and Updates admin screens.

  • Add-on settings pages — Add-ons can register their own settings page, which appears under Ignition > Settings > Add-ons and is also linked from the add-on’s row on the WordPress Plugins screen. The first add-on to use this is Ignition Favorites. See Administration → Add-ons.
  • Cleaner Add-ons catalog — The Add-ons tab no longer lists the internal reference add-on that ships for add-on developers, so the catalog shows only add-ons you would actually install.
  • Steady “Add New” button — On the Campaigns and Updates admin screens, the “Add New” button no longer briefly flashes in its default position before it is relinked to the frontend dashboard.
  • Campaign render hooks — Three new actions let add-ons place UI on campaign cards and pages without overriding templates: igcf_campaign_card_media (a card image’s corner), igcf_after_campaign_title (beside the title on single-campaign pages and the Featured Campaign block), and igcf_campaign_progress_stats_end (the end of the progress stats line). See the Actions Reference.
  • Add-on settings framework — Register a settings page that core surfaces under Settings → Add-ons via the new igcf_addon_settings filter. See Registering Add-on Settings and the Filters Reference.
